both the initiation of the essential oxidative process AND
the elimination of the potentially harmful by-products. A
lack of oxygen within the body can cause toxic waste build
up and this is when metabolism slows down and when health

most plentiful substance in the body. It is the major
building material for the body. Because protein is so
important in the building and repairing of the body, it is
not used by the body for energy, when sufficient
carbohydrates and fats are present. So when we have fats or
carbohydrates protein is left alone to do the fundamental
work of repair and build.
Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for the body.

times the calorific value of per gram of carbohydrates or
proteins.
During Aerobic metabolisation, glucose and fats use oxygen
to form adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) which is the body’s
ULTIMATE source of energy. Without Sufficient oxygen levels
Glucose (carbohydrate) is metabolized ANAEROBICALLY which
uses up O2 from cells and the result is a build up of lactic
acid which impairs energy levels and causes pain and

A diet that empowers the body to
burn fat needs to restrict the amount of carbohydrates. The
less available Carbs there are to burn, the body is forced
to burn fat for energy but to do so it needs sufficient and
