Why do I need to create a new account?This applies to all existing customers who purchased before Friday 9th October 2009. You will need to create a new account (here) to make purchases or become an affiliate after this date. Why do I need to create a new account? Our data base has grown dramatically over recent months and our software programmes were due for an update. We have now implemented important changes and which will result in improved product page access, and a much more responsive and efficient service. On Friday 9th October 2009 we moved our database to a faster, bigger and more reliable platform. Unfortunately we cannot transfer all our data onto the new service. As a result, we need to ask you to take a few minutes to re-register. All your previous records are archived at our head office so no data has been lost. Loyalty PointsYour loyalty points are recorded as always by
our head office and are not affected. Getting access to previous informationFor any customers wishing to access information
