single transaction qualifies for one loyalty point. Your loyalty points are recorded as always by our head office and are not affected. Use the contact form below to request your balance or claim a product. Donating loyalty pointsIf your partner is ordering products for you as a gift please remember to ask him to give us your details when he orders so that you can be credited with the loyalty points, which will be posted to your account. To do this he can place the order on line and provide your customer ref or your name and post code in the comments section on the order form so we can trace your account.
