Loyalty PointsEvery £10 ($15) spent on any Karin Herzog
product in a single transaction qualifies for one loyalty point.
Expiry Points will expire 12 months from the date of the order on which points were earned unless a further purchase is made within that time. Any unexpired points already in your account will receive a new expiry date, every time you make a subsequent purchase. The new expiry date will be 12 months from the date of your last purchase. Donating loyalty pointsIf your partner or family and friends are
ordering products for you as a gift, (following a few hints
etc!!!) please remember to ask them to give us your details when
they order, so that you can be credited with the loyalty points,
which will be posted to your account. To do this, they can place the order on line and
provide your customer reference number or your name and post
code, in the comments section on the order form, so we can trace
your account. *Please note that loyalty points are NOT redeemable against Erase & Raise, gift sets or multiple product kits Claiming your pointsSend us a request by email to points@karinherzog.co.uk and we will email you back with your points awarded to date. If you have more than 30 eligible points, let us know what product you would like and we will pop it in the post.
